Worked with over 50 community rental groups a year providing consulting services in marketing, contracting, personnel issues, Board relations, etc.

Created and coordinated all college & community partnerships

Responsible for all facility lease contracting. Built rentals to 50+ groups a year in only three years. Doubled facility rental revenue in five years

Developed and implemented an annual budget of $500,000+

Supervised a fulltime staff of five and a part time staff of 25+

Developed and implemented all marketing and advertising campaigns.

Built the professional artist series Arts in the Gardens in four years to over 90% capacity. The series has been profitable for the past 20 years.

Established the Arts in the Gardens for Young People series in 2011 featuring free performances for K-12 local school children - reached 3000 children in the first year. Increased to 5000 students a year in three years.

Handled all media relations and acted as spokesperson for the theatre. Made speeches to community groups to promote the theatre and the college

Set-up and raised the initial $150,000 for the theatre's Endowment Fund. The Fund now stands at $500,000+

Developed and coordinated a community advisory committee for the theatre

Supervised and trained the volunteer usher program. Built the program to over 100 active volunteers
